Cyberpunk 2077 PS4-PS5 and Xbox One-Xbox Series X / S Cross-Saves detailed

If you start Cyberpunk 2077 on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, you can bring your saved file to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S, respectively.

The Cyberpunk 2077 Projekt Red developer CD detailed the steps necessary to ensure that your saves are transferred with you to the next generation console, and they vary slightly between PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. [19659002] Cyberpunk 2077 PS4-PS5 Cross-Save

As long as you are using the same PlayStation account, you can continue the game saved on PS5 exactly where you left off on PS4.

There are three different options for transferring your bailouts, and the following are;

  1. Connect to your PlayStation Plus account and upload your saves
  2. Transfer your data via LAN cable or wireless (WiFi) connection
  3. Use a compatible storage device to copy and transfer your saves to the same account PSN on PlayStation 5.

It's a little easier on the Xbox side with cross-saving, as Smart Delivery "lets you keep playing on the Xbox Series X / S where you left off on Xbox One."

As long as you are connected to the internet so that your saved data can be uploaded to the cloud, your save will transfer seamlessly and be ready when you start Cyberpunk 2077 on your new next generation system.

If you need another option, you can also "connect your Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S to the same network and use the system's network transfer option".
